Michael has been a speaker, trainer, leader, mentor and consultant providing quality “edutainment” (Education in an Entertaining way) for over 25 years.

Michael’s background includes working for a fortune 500 corporation, owning and operating his own business, and a large amount of public service serving as an elected official, community leader and volunteer and over 30 years of military service.

Michael’s military service in the South Dakota Army National Guard includes commanding at multiple levels, a variety of staff positions and combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Michael continues to serve to this day and currently holds the rank of Colonel.
